Just over here getting prettier and younger with my new addition to my own personal skincare routine. An aging-well powerhouse that repairs my barrier with a collagen stimulating peptide and a vitamin C complex.

My skin looks firmer and smoother. It’s a serum that I layer morning and night after I cleanse and use my functional mist, before my Lira Clinical Bio Hydra C Serum and my moisturizer of choice (depending on time of day).

Who’s this serum for? Anyone who feels like they’re noticing a change in elasticity, dullness, tone & texture. Maybe you’ve been good about cleansing, moisturizing and protecting with SPF but you want to start focusing on “anti-aging” (I prefer the term aging well)…this would be a great addition.

SWiCH treatment clients::::this is a great serum to support the treatment and to give your skin additional fuel to really speed up the communication between cells, getting them to work faster like when they were younger!

Forget your old toners…if a serum and a hydrating mist had a baby 🚼 it would be Circadia’s functional mists. The Licorice & Bearberry Brightening Mist reduces dark spots, evens skin tone, and enhances natural radiance with gentle, hydroquinone-free pigment inhibitors. This is an interrupter to hyperpigmentation and melasma! How to use: apply after cleansing either by spraying directly on face or my favorite way- spray into your palm and apply, then follow up with any serums and moisturizer. Tip: Bring it with you wherever you go and spray throughout the day. Can be put into the fridge for a cooling and calming effect…can also be tossed in the cooler for an application on the beach.

The Aloe & Calendula Calming Mist reduces redness, irritation, and inflammation while hydrating and comforting sensitive skin or rosacea-prone skin. How to use: after cleansing spray directly on face or my favorite way-spray into palm and apply to face then follow up with any serums and or moisturizer. Tip: keep this one in the fridge for a cooling and soothing application, can use throughout the day. Don’t forget to bring it along to the beach and pop it in your cooler!

The Blueberry & White Tea Hydrating Mist is a refreshing antioxidant-rich mist that hydrates, nourishes and protects the skin while providing lasting moisture and environmental defense throughout the day. To use: spray directly on face after cleansing or into palm and press into face. Follow up with any other serums and moisturizer. Tip: keep cool in fridge. If you’re headed to the beach you can pop it in your cooler!

I would love to introduce you to one of my favorite treatments on my menu. Below is a video explaining the science behind Circadia’s SWiCH treatment. I like to compare this treatment to working out with a personal trainer…but for your cells. It’s great to do it once in a while, it’s better to do a series. Let me know if you’re curious about it, have any questions, or are ready to schedule your first treatment!

so thankful for the alignment of ✨ that brought us together so many years ago. I am so impressed with your talent and perseverance. I can’t wait to witness all of the magic and beautiful art that you will continue to create. You have opened my eyes and heart to real, local art and what it means when an artist is supported, respected and celebrated…and the impact that has on community. It’s so important. Happy to have some of your pieces forever in the spa and in my home.🤍

My handsome cousin came in for a little treatment recently. He takes really good care of his health and his body and his face is an extension of that. Building muscle takes consistency. Well the same could be said for good skin. Healthy, youthful skin needs to be nurtured and fed well just like our body does. How you feed your skin today will show in the future!

I imagine that a lot of people think estheticians do all the treatments but honestly most of us are so tired that it’s a bit like the cobbler’s children…

I haven’t received a facial in years and I haven’t given myself a treatment in a very long time. Lucky for me I know that good skin is 95% good products being used regularly at home.

Well, I brought my daughter in yesterday to give her a facial before her birthday party and I figured I’d give myself little attention. I waxed my lip 🤣 I know…I keep forgetting to do it before I leave work. I also tinted my brows and waxed them a bit. The change was so subtle but looked so good. I felt rejuvenated just with a little attention to my brows.

On a roll and feeling good…later on that night I took time to Gua Sha my face. Used my LED mask that had been collecting dust and went to bed. I noticed the difference. And it wasn’t subtle. And it wasn’t just esthetic.

I looked better but I also felt better. I went from being too exhausted to do a simple lip wax to reminding myself of why I do this. Women deserve to feel beautiful and empowered and rested and the best version of themselves. So if you haven’t don anything for yourself here’s a little nudge to remind you that you’re worth it! It’s worth it! The effort will produce good energy and a great feeling so do the thing that you need to feel that!! Sending love ❤️
