More often I am asked about hair shedding and thinning. 🪑🪞
This is a great article for information. There are multiple factors that can lead to hair loss and shedding. Really knowing the cause can be so beneficial at treating the source. Whether it’s a nutrient deficiency, illness, stress, medications, etc.. there are many supplements and products on the market.
I prefer an “Adjunct” approach to hair loss, therefore, I am not dependent on the treatment. While I believe it’s always good to be taking supplements, treating topically gets to the follicle and the source. I really love the “Surface” brands “Awaken” line. There are two topicals from it that I recommend to clients. I use them myself, and have seen great results on myself and clients. (They are products you do not become dependent on)
