Which one should I take?

We get this question a lot.

The tincture or the soft gel?

It all comes down to personal preference.

Tinctures are fast acting, while soft gels take a little longer to start working....but will stay in your system a little longer.

It is easier to manage the dosage with a tincture than a soft gel.

But you might prefer swallowing a soft gel rather than dropping the tincture under your tongue.

Which sounds better to you?
