“Posting again honestly feels a little unfamiliar after being away for so long… but this past year was deeply needed. ✨
I’ve spent time reconnecting with myself, slowing down, and creating a more intentional experience for my guests — from warm Himalayan salt vibes to calming energy throughout the space. 🤍🌙
Also working on a refreshed website, new photos, and a few elevated touches behind the scenes. Still easing my way back, but excited for this new chapter.

If you've never heard of piriformis syndrome, you're not alone. It's a fairly rare condition that affects only about 2% of people, and it is sometimes mistaken for sciatica. However, if you experience dull and achy or throbbing and searing buttock pain from piriformis syndrome, there are specific types of massages that target the deep buttock muscles that can help calm those symptoms. Massage therapy for piriformis muscle pain may also reduce hip and thigh pain that radiates through the sciatic nerve.
