Another 32 hours added to the toolbox! 18 to go for my Master Myoskeletal Therapist!
Spent this past week continuing my Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques training through Erik Dalton’s MAT program with Scott Doss and Tammy McCue.
I believe one of the best things we can do as practitioners is stay curious, keep learning, always refine your skills, and be sure to ask questions.
Every class changes the way I think, or how I assess, and the way I approach helping people move and feel better.
Always trying to become better than I was yesterday.

There’s a moment in every long journey where you realize you’re no longer the same person who started it.
In 2018, I began studying Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques with one goal in mind: to better understand the body and help people in a deeper, more meaningful way. What I didn’t realize then was how much this path would shape not only my work, but me as a person.
Countless hours of studying, late nights, hands-on practice, more courses, and finally workshops. Learning to slow down enough to truly listen to what a body is saying instead of forcing it to change. Over the years, this work has transformed the way I see posture, pain, movement, compensation patterns, and the body’s incredible ability to adapt and heal.
Today, I officially completed my final home-study course: The Art of MAT.
All that remains now are my final 50 in-person workshop hours. Next week I’ll be heading to Atlanta and Tallahassee for 32 of those hours, with one final workshop in July. After that, I’ll officially earn my Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT) Certification.
This accomplishment may have my name on it, but it was never achieved alone.
To every client who trusted me while I learned, evolved, refined my work, and grew into the therapist I am today, I’d like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Some of you have been with me through nearly this entire journey. Your support, patience, conversations, feedback, and trust allowed me to keep pushing forward and continue investing into becoming better at what I do.
The deeper I go into this work, the more I realize this profession is not just about muscles or pain relief. It’s about connection, listening, understanding, and helping people feel more at home in their bodies again.
I’m grateful for every step that brought me here, and I’m even more excited for what’s ahead.
2018 → 2026 it’s been a journey.

Today I finished another course with Erik Dalton’s Freedom From Pain Institute: the Technique Tour. This adds another 16 continuing education hours.
I’ve always believed that if you’re going to work with people’s bodies, you should never stop learning. Every class like this changes the way I look at posture, movement, and the patterns that lead people into pain.
With this one completed, I’m getting close to a goal I’ve been working toward since 2018. I have one online course left and 50 hours of in-person training remaining before I complete the requirements to become a Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT).
I’m grateful for the teachers who keep pushing this field forward, and for every client who trusts me enough to be part of my learning process.
Always a student of the work.

Turn your sound on for a few seconds.
This was last night in downtown Goffstown at . The room was softly candle-lit, crystal singing bowls resonating through the space, and a group of people simply giving themselves permission to slow down for a while.
There’s always a point in a sound journey where something shifts. You can feel it when breathing deepens and the energy in the room settles, and when the body starts to let go of tension it didn’t even realize it was holding. The tones aren’t just heard, they move through the air and the floor and into you in a way that helps everything recalibrate without force.
On a snow day like today, when New England naturally quiets itself, it feels fitting to share this. These evenings aren’t about performance or trying to achieve anything. They’re about creating the kind of space where your nervous system can regulate and your mind can soften on its own.
I’m grateful for this growing Southern NH community, for the people coming from Goffstown, Manchester, Bedford, Hooksett, and the surrounding towns who continue to carve out time to take care of themselves.
If you’ve been curious about a sound bath or feel like your body could use an hour to reset, the next sound journey is March 24th, 2026 at 7 pm.
If this frequency resonates with you, save it for later or share it with someone who might need the reminder to slow down.

I’ll be hosting a Sound Bath on February 22 at 6:00pm at in Goffstown.
If you’ve never been to one, it’s simple. You lay down, get comfortable, and let the sound do the work. Crystal bowls create steady tones, and vibration you can actually feel in your body. The bath will be done with different types of singing including, striking, ri***ng, pulsing, layering, dynamic shaping, and silence.
We move through a lot in our day-to-day life. Stress shows up, thoughts don’t slow down easily, and this sound bath gives you a chance to step out of that for a bit and let your nervous system reset.
You don’t need to know anything about sound healing, or even be good at relaxing. Just show up and let the sound do the work for you.
Bring a thick mat(at least 1” in thickness),
pillow
blanket
Eye mask
Water bottle
Bolster or second pillow for under your knees
60 minutes of inward experience and journeying. 1 hour of pure relaxation. $20
Sharing afterwards is always welcome, but silence is also welcome. I will always leave that up to you.

I’m excited to share that I’ve completed another advanced training with Erik Dalton, Motion Is Lotion. This course helped to deepen my understanding of how intentional movement supports healthier joints, better function, and longer-lasting results for the people I work with every day.
This training joins the other Dalton courses I’ve completed:
• Posture, Pain, Performance
• Upper Body
• Dynamic Lower Body
• Shoulder, Arm, and Hand
• Treating Trapped Nerves
• Two Ethics Courses
I’m getting close to a big professional milestone! I have only two home-study courses and 50 in-person workshop hours remain before I obtain my Certified Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT).
I believe the best therapists never stop being students. Everything I learn is done with one goal in mind: giving my clients the highest level of care possible.
Always growing. Always refining. Always showing up better than before.
Thank you to my clients who continue to share this journey with me.

When someone steps into this space, it’s not just about massage, it’s about setting down the weight you’ve been carrying, even if just for a little while. This room is a place for breath to deepen, for tension to unravel, and for you to reconnect with the parts of yourself that often get ignored in the rush of everyday life. My work is about listening to the body, to the patterns it holds, and to the quiet ways it asks for balance. Here, you are supported. Here, you are allowed to let go. And here, healing begins to feel possible.

Constantly working and learning to become a better, more well-rounded therapist on a daily basis. Today I completed a Shiatsu course, and I’d like to teach you a little about it!
Shiatsu, meaning “finger pressure”, is a Japanese healing art that uses gentle pressure, stretches, and rhythmic movements along the body’s meridians (energy pathways). By working with these points, shiatsu helps release tension, improve circulation, support the flow of qi (life energy), and restore balance to the whole system.
I’m grateful to continue expanding my skills and bringing even more depth and care to the work I share with each of you.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me!

Out in the ocean, barefoot and breathing, I dropped into the Totally Twisted Fascia Maneuver from .
It’s one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to reset the body. The sea helped amplified everything.
From tight necks and clicking jaws to sore hips and stiff feet, this one move taps into the fascia that links it all. You’re not just stretching muscles, but you are beginning to rewire your entire system to move with more freedom, ease, and flow.
This move helps:
Release deep fascial holding patterns
Restore posture without force
Support digestion and breath
Calm the nervous system
Move stuck emotions and energy
It’s not about stretching harder; it’s about unwinding both the superficial and the deeper layers we didn’t even realize were holding us back.
Whether you’re dealing with stress, physical tension, or just feeling off. I am inviting you to join me and twist, breathe, and let go.
Curious? Comment with “totally” below and I’ll share more about it.
