I'm not sure what to think about this.

This happens way too often. I have simple plans to live a more natural life, and then I get derailed. Right now, I find myself busier than usual, so I end up buying convenience foods. I am realizing that I need to slow down and be prepared. Time management is the key! Any suggestions?

I have been attempting to write a post about polyester and rayon, and all those synthetic fibers that we wear. For whatever reason, The posts never goes through. So let's talk about that a little bit. I've gotten really hung up on the idea of all of these handmade materials next to my breasts. It really started to concern me. There's microfibers that get into your skin and poison your body. It's something you should research, but then I started thinking, well gosh, now I need to buy new bras. So I did find one place. I haven't bought any bras yet. They're called bralettes, it's from quince dot com. Let me know if you've bought any cotton bralettes from them, or if you'd like to talk a little bit more about plastics and such around the house.

Vitamin D3 is probably one of the best supplements you can take and here's why. Awesome for the immune system and your bones. As you get older, the need for vitamin D3 will become more apparent. You don't want to wait until your older because I can tell from now stepping into "the caregiving my parents' role", you want strong bones and to be healthy (think flu seasons.) Here is a link to more detailed info. https://www.verywellhealth.com/vitamin-d-vs-d3-7153133

Where I live, this over double what I'm used to paying. Thank you
it's devastating. My sister has cancer and while visiting I learned about stuff we use all the time that is cancer-causing. The craziest one to me was my plastic hangers. Buy wood hangers. throw out those plastic hangers! I have had to go through my closet and get rid of clothes and start folding a bunch of clothes until I get more wooden hangers. well as best as we can. I gotta have my insulin syringes 😊 They are plastic.
