Physical and mental flexibility are necessary for health and well-being. I guide people to attain greater movement and accomplishment of daily tasks. Flexibility Therapy helps to alleviate the symptoms of fibromylgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, injuries, back and neck pain, repetitive stress, and other similar conditions. Through a process of mindful coaching, focused breathing, and gentle movement, you will have increased mobility and enhanced quality of life.

Self-Care Workshop in the Catskills

Self-care is the practice of improving and maintaining your mental and physical health.
We will engage and interact through discussion, self-assessment, and practical activities. You are invited to share your experiences, explore the various aspects of self-care, and increase your wellness skills.
Participants will have the opportunity to identify and evaluate their current strategies, choose ways to enhance and improve their regular activities, and create a personal self-care plan.
