Let me tell you a little myself and what I offer you. With a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and certifications in Yoga and Reiki, I offer a multi-dimensional approach to personal growth. I specialize in holistic mindfulness, positive self-care, and successful goal achievement. Through individual sessions and workshop events, I empower my clients to lead lives that are as peaceful as they are productive.
