For those of you that don’t know I have had auto immune conditions for years and I have also had a full thyroidectomy. I have gone down all the rabbit holes of supplementation and nutrition. I have done it all.

What I’ve learned is this…

You can’t out-supplement chronic inflammation, poor nutrient balance, or a gut that’s struggling.

I had my own supplement stack and then Long came Zinzino. It was actually an answered prayer not even for the business side of it. I’m talking about the products as a customer. And trust me when I say I told myself I’ll find something wrong with the products. I’m not believing the hype. I’m good with what I’m taking… And here we are two months into it… 

Here’s what I’ve personally noticed:

• My inflammation markers have improved.
• My gut feels better and digestion has been more consistent.
• My gums don’t bleed when I floss anymore.
• My lashes have gotten noticeably longer (and I’m not using a lash serum).
• My hair was breaking off after hormone changes, and it’s finally looking healthier again.
• I don’t have a thyroid, and after my thyroid levels unexpectedly got out of balance, I started taking BalanceOil. My labs are back where they should be. I can’t say it was the only reason, but I’m thankful for where things are now.
• My sleep quality has improved, and I can actually show the data from my WHOOP watch.

Today I was out kicking footballs with my son and his dad, then we went and grabbed lunch.

And honestly, this is why I do what I do.

I want the freedom to go to the field in the middle of the day, go eat lunch, and not have to ask anyone for time off or explain where I’m going.

While we were eating, I ended up talking to some people about nutritional gaps, inflammation, and how many of us really have no idea what our bodies are missing.

Then the conversation turned into working from home and creating another income.

I really do love this stuff. I love helping people find solutions, whether that’s with their health, their income, or both.

So I’m just gonna put it out there.

I’m looking for a few men and women who know they want something different but maybe don’t know where to start yet.

You don’t have to know everything. You just have to be willing to learn and actually do something with the opportunity.

That’s really it. I’m looking for people who are ready for more.

This picture was taken December 5, 2016. Looking back, it’s such an eerie looking picture. My dad took it while we were walking in South Carolina. He had no idea that in this moment, I had already decided I was leaving my marriage. In my mind, it was over. I felt unheard, disrespected, unfulfilled, and like I had completely lost myself. We didn’t respect each other, we didn’t understand God’s design for marriage, and I didn’t even know what a covenant was. This was before Jesus.

So I believed every lie culture was feeding me. You deserve better. Choose yourself. Protect your peace. You don’t need a man. Leave him and go be happy… And social media only made it worse. I was looking at everyone else’s lives and thinking maybe I needed a different man, a different life, more money, a bigger career, more freedom, more independence, more control. I was raised to be hyper-independent and never depend on a man, so I thought that made me strong.

But sometimes what we call strength is really fear. Sometimes control is just fear disguised as independence. Sometimes “protecting your peace” is really avoiding accountability, and “knowing your worth” becomes an excuse to never look at your own behavior.

What I didn’t understand was that I was trying to fill a spiritual void with worldly things. A new relationship won’t fix what is broken inside of you. Neither will the house, the promotion, the money, the vacations, the followers, or the designer bag. You can leave one marriage and carry the same wounds, pride, bitterness, and emptiness right into the next relationship. Remember that dysfunction just relocates itself.

A new man does not make you a new woman. Only Jesus can do that.

Marriage isn’t meant to complete you. It reveals you. Looking back, I don’t see a woman who simply needed a different husband. I see a woman who desperately needed Jesus.

So before you make a permanent decision because social media, your friends, or your feelings are telling you that you’ll finally be happy if you leave, get quiet before God and ask Him to show you the truth, even if the truth exposes you too.

Culture says, “Follow your heart.”

Jesus says, “Follow Me.”

Those are two completely different roads.
