R4 Wellness

Wow! Do I feel the love! I even have clients that bring me full, home-made dinners because they know I don’t have a chance to eat during the day and get home extremely late. I absolutely could not ask for a more wonderful and caring group of people that I call my R4 Family! 😘😍🥰♥️

Believe it or not, it’s that time of year again! I am opening my 2027 schedule this Thursday, October 1st! Get ready to email me or see me in person to reserve your 2027 appointments. Remember to choose Tuesday through Thursday 2:30/4:00/5:30/7:00 as a general guide. And for the one Saturday per month, it is 10:30/12:00/2:00/3:30 as a general guide. Let the fun begin…😉 🩷 🍃

Another pumpkin surprise! My clients know me so well! Thank you!!! 😍 🎃 🍁

Still feels like yesterday. 🥲 🇺🇸

This month we are traveling to Japan! The Matcha & Charcoal Seasonal Treatment is a gentle yet effective facial treatment that blends well with tapping into the Zen of the culture! I am including a Healing Touch routine that will allow for the ultimate in relaxation!

And so it begins…it’s my favorite time of year! Thank you for my new gift of the season! 🎃

Traveling to Iceland has been fun! 🩵 🧊

We’re off to Iceland this month! It’s a Glacier Ice facial treatment! The highly pure and nutrient-rich waters in the North Atlantic and Greenland Sea are filled with seaweed, sea kelp, and sea algae that are superfoods for the skin! Let’s repair that skin barrier! 💦 🧊

We are finishing our Mud from Around the World treatment this week. We experienced
the multiple benefits of Volcanic mud, Mediterranean mud, and Moor mud sourced from around the world. We resume going to a specific country next week. Which will it be? 🩵

It’s a great day for a facial treatment! 🍊 🫐 ☀️
