When selecting a nail salon I as the owner of Nail Concepts in Harford county know you also have a choice and I take pride in what I do for every customer that walks through my door. I want my customers to be happy, I want them to refer me to others, but ; most important I want them to feel safe. I have been in Harford County for 8 years and have enjoyed meeting a lot of very nice people. I want all of my current customers and those I have yet to meet to know, you have no reason to ever be concerned about your health or the use of unsanitary tools or applications.
