Hidden beyond a crooked shelf and behind a door few notice, lies a tiny room lit by fairy lights and scented with lavender and woodsmoke. Here, the librarian becomes The Lathering Lorekeeper — a secret soapcrafter who stirs goat’s milk and tallow by moonlight.
