Yup that’s me!.
Officially past my year mark in my natural hair journey. Gearing up for Silk press season with a soft launch. All I’m going to say is, the girls that get it; got it. The girls who don’t; won’t.

Getting back in tune with my natural hair has been an exhilarating journey. 🤎
A part of me felt like I was getting lost in the culture of constantly wearing my natural hair straight or in a protective style. Somewhere along the way, I realized I was missing the opportunity to truly connect with my natural texture.
This journey has challenged me to become more creative, spend more time elevating myself in my craft, and create different styles that complement me naturally. And honestly, it has allowed me to connect with my clients on a deeper level than ever before.
It’s officially been a year of wearing my natural hair more often and I can see such a huge difference in my hair density and overall health.
I also have peace of mind knowing that when I do decide to wear my hair straight, my hair won’t be thin or see-through. Given my natural texture and density, I know I’m building a strong foundation for my hair.
This journey has been so much more than just wearing my hair natural. It’s been about reconnecting with myself, my creativity, and my craft. ✨
And I’m excited to see where this journey takes me next. 🤎

This is consistency. She is a straight natural and I see her every 3wks. As you can see my work has tripled.
A good SilkPress should leverage your hair health, not set you back!
