Restorative Vinyasa Vibes 🎀 The Strawberry Moon arrives at the beginning of summer—a reminder that growth doesn’t happen overnight. The berries do not ripen because they’re rushed. They ripen because they receive exactly what they need: sunlight, rain, rest, and time.
We are not so different.
Restorative yoga is a practice of ripening. We aren’t striving to become something else or pushing ourselves to open more deeply. Instead, we create the conditions where the body can soften, the breath can settle, and what has been quietly growing inside us has space to mature.
I soften.
I trust.
I ripen in my own time.
Nothing needs to be hurried.
Just allow yourself to receive exactly what this moment has to offer 🙏🏻
