I created Move Your Groove to help people use mind-body techniques for addressing anxiety, stress, and depression so they are happier and healthier. You can feel better in 30 seconds. (Maybe not drastically, but every bit counts.)
Take a moment to tune in and see what's present for you.
Now try this Wave Breath for 30 seconds.

Inhale, the wave rolls in, belly expands.
Exhale, the wave rolls out, belly deflates.

Imagine you are inhaling through your feet or your pelvic floor (whichever you prefer) and the breath is a wave that fills your lower belly, then upper belly, then chest. As you exhale, the wave recedes so your chest deflates, then your upper belly, then your lower belly.
