Mind you, she lost lashes while walking out to the parking lot. She immediately turned around and went back inside, only to be told, “Too bad, you already paid. We can’t fix it.” She was sent on her way with no refund, no correction, and no resolution offered.
The following day, the manager spoke with her over text regarding the situation, and still—nothing was done to make it right.
And honestly, this client is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, which unfortunately is exactly why they felt comfortable walking all over her.
The ONLY reason she went somewhere else was because I was out of town. They insisted she needed a removal and a completely fresh set, and this was the result.
There are multiple fans glued onto multiple natural lashes, along with obvious issues with the application. This isn’t about expecting perfection—it’s about providing a service that is safe, properly applied, and worth what someone paid for.
And here’s the part that really got me:
I am very new to the lash industry. Lash extensions are just one of the many services I offer. Yet she told me she was shocked that my work lasts significantly longer than the work she received from a business whose primary focus is lashes.
That says a lot.
I will always stand behind my work, and if something isn’t right, I will make it right. Period.
Your clients deserve to feel heard, respected, and taken care of—not like their money was more important than their experience.

There’s really no easy way to write this, but I wanted to let you all know that I may be a little inconsistent at the shop over the next few weeks as my family navigates a difficult loss.
We are saying goodbye to a beloved family member this week, and I’ll be away from the shop today to spend that time with my family and say my own goodbye before he goes. I’ve reached out to everyone directly who may be affected, but I wanted to share this here as well, not only to keep everyone informed, but also in case I’ve missed a message or someone hasn’t heard from me.
I’m doing my best to balance everything right now, but I may need a little extra grace and understanding over the coming weeks while we take the time we need to grieve, be together, and take care of one another.
