Hi! I’m Tiffani! The owner and creator of Maneandtiff. To all the new faces and clients I’ve been meeting lately, I’m so excited to work with you!

Herstory: I’ve been licensed in cosmetology since 2013. After passing my state board , I went ahead to assist some very talented stylists at a local Aveda salon in Dayton, Ohio, for a year. I learned different styles of cutting, coloring, customer service, business strategies, social skills, and life skills. I began building my clientele and my relationship to my craft for the next several years before I was selected to level up my career by learning the art of hair extensions in sunny California in 2018 (a childhood dream of mine!).

After a major learning curve , I decided to venture out as a solo stylist into my very own studio suite with a coworker, and six months in, I had the pleasure of experiencing the mandatory shutdown of the wonderful pandemic . 😷😅

After a much-needed break and a change of salons, I went through loads of learning, unlearning, and relearning. I was back in business and ready, more than ever, to serve my people. Showing up for you day in and day out means I continue to show up for myself , and for that, I am forever grateful.

To my loyal clients and friends, thank you for trusting me with your hair and your stories. Thank you for encouraging me to deepen my own journey and practice holding space for you, as well as sharpening my hair cutting and coloring skills over the years. I love all the deep belly laughs; head tilting back to the heavens, crying tears of joy, laughing. I believe the blood, sweat, and tears that have been poured into my career have the ability to change the world -at least my little corner of the world.
