Undertone Beauty Bar cancellation policy:
We understand your time is valuable, and so is ours! Out of respect for our staff and clients, we require that you give us at least 24 hour notice should you need to cancel an appointment. The first time a client cancels an appointment within 24 hours, a note in their file will be made. Clients will be given ONE grace appointment a year for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. All following appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period will result in a 50% fee of booked services. We will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please call the salon or text your stylist to modify or cancel your appointment.
