Yesterday I had the absolute honor of giving one of my favorite little clients her first big haircut before she heads into first grade. She decided to donate 8 inches of her hair, and in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, this one felt extra special.

After beating leukemia as a little girl, she continues to show just how strong and beautiful the human spirit can be. 🥹

And of course, Mama got to make the first cut. Watching Nikki snip that ponytail was a moment that brought all the feels. ❤️

So proud of you, sweet girl. Your hair may be shorter, but your impact is anything but. ✨🎗️
