This stuff is getting me through the school year! I recommend it to anyone in a high stress job! It contains a special blend of oat straw, milky oats, thyme, ginger, mullein, cinnamon, and mint. My daily tea h***h. Each night, I make fridge tea based on what I think my body will need the next day. I absolutely love this stuff! I am a huge coffee drinker, but I can't drink coffee after noon anymore because of the acids and my reflux! Plus, these are adaptogens (helps them body deal with stress, builds immunity) and had prebiotics. This is a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. It does taste somewhat earthy, but I add a small splash of cream. Yummy!

I've been having some trouble with my esophagus these past few days. I am out of peppermint tea. Peppermint oil is great for throat/esophageal stuff. Today, I went out to the school garden and snipped a few sprigs of mint to use in a fresh tea. Dolly approves!

Drying red clover, plantain, goldenrod leaves, jewelw**d, catnip, dandelion, violets, and black cohosh. Thanks to my friend Erin for letting me forage.

Have you seen this w**d? I have always pulled it out of the garden. But wait! Mullein is amazing for many symptoms and conditions. Google mullein and then dry some to keep for cold and flu season.
