Solace Therapeutic Bodywork and Massage

Starting 5:30 on Thursday, August 6-Saturday, August 8th.

Tension is not always obvious at first.

Share this as a gentle reminder to those clients who keep saying they are “fine” while their body is telling a different story.

Our Reiki practitioner, Oleg, has completed training and is now a Reiki Master! Congratulations, Oleg! Call today to book your session! 814-880-0253

You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed, in pain, or completely burned out to take care of yourself.

Massage doesn’t have to be something you “earn” after doing enough, working enough, or pushing through enough.

It can be part of how you support your body before it reaches empty.

Consider this your reminder: care counts, even when you’re not at your breaking point.

Share this with a client who needs the reminder.

Don't forget about Dad! Father's Day is Sunday, June 21st.
