Today, our hearts are a little heavier. 🇺🇸

September 11, 2001 changed our country forever. Thousands of families said goodbye that morning, never knowing it would be their last. And while others were running from unimaginable danger, first responders and everyday Americans were running toward it.

But in the darkness, America showed us something we should never forget: we showed up for one another.

Strangers became neighbors. Communities became families. We cried together, prayed together, and stood together.

At Big Al’s, community has always meant more than where we work. The people who walk through our doors become part of our story and part of our family. So today, we pause together to remember the lives lost, the heroes who sacrificed, and the families who have carried the weight of that day for 25 years.

We give our deepest thanks to the first responders who served yesterday, who serve today, and who will serve tomorrow. We also honor and thank the brave service members who have protected our country and continue to defend our freedom.

May we never forget the lives.
May we never forget the courage.
May we never forget how united we once were.

From our Big Al Family to yours, hug your people a little tighter today. ❤️🤍💙

Big Al’s is SO proud of this young man! 🇺🇸
We’ve had the privilege of watching Jayden grow up right in front of us, from sitting in our barber chairs as a kid to becoming PFC Jayden Baker, United States Marine. ❤️🤍💙

Watching the young man he has become is pretty darn cool. The discipline, hard work, determination, and commitment it took to get here is something to be proud of.
Jayden, just know your Big Al’s family is incredibly proud of you! We’ve cheering you on, and we can’t wait to see where life takes you next.
Congratulations, Marine. You earned it. 🇺🇸🦅🌎⚓
