Answer:Grease isn't always the best choice for several main reasons..

👉🏽BUILDUP..most petroleum and mineral-oil based products are thick, and hard to wash out of your locs and slowly begin to accumulate inside🤕
👉🏽ATTRACTS LINT/DIRT...grease sticky nature has a way of attracting lint, dust, and debris. Over time..it slowly becomes embedded inside😵‍💫
👉🏽SCALP ISSUES...while some find relief...others run the risk of developing issues due to the suffocation of your scalp😞
HERE ARE SOME ALTERNATIVES 😊
💁🏽‍♀️LIGHTWEIGHT OILS...some include, jojoba ,grapeseed and almond oil
💁🏽‍♀️WATER BASED MOISTURIZERS...rose water and water based sprays are great for your locs

🫡ALWAYS REMEMBER to wash locs at least once a month to remove any excess oils, grease, product build-up.
