Does anyone know the person that brought his dog to the 5k run/walk in Belleville Saturday March 16th? It was a brindle pit with no leash or collar at sign-up. It had a red harness on, but seen no tags. It attacked and bit me on my hand and leg. Another person was also attacked, but we are not positive it was the same dog or during the 5k. I need to find out if the dog is up to date on shots. I saw the dog with him on a leash during the 5k.
