Hello all,

Thank you choosing us for your skin care needs. First order of business, our processing times are 5-9 business days which means that is the time it usually takes for me to get to your order and process it for shipment. MGM Organics is a one woman show, so that means I am the maker, photographer, designer, processor, and shipper. Please practice a modicum of patience. We do not have a host of employees like Amazon, so we can ship orders out in the order that they are received. Please do not assume you are the only order that I receive at one time or the other. I am doing my best with the shortened processing time that I put in place a year ago. No orders have gone beyond the processing time that you agree to when you purchase. Shop rules are written on my shop page as it relates to returns, refunds, and cancellations. Simply put, we do not offer any of that. If the order, wasn’t messed on my end and within the processing time I do not and will cancel your order. Etsy makes it clear of the processing and possible delivery time. Ive had an increase of customers rushing orders and asking for refunds after a few days please do not do this. It will not get you what you want.
