COVID-19 Guidelines

We are doing our part to keep you, our customers, and our staff safe and healthy!All employees will have their temperature checked before entering the nail salon for work.

*The nail salon has been rearranged or plexiglass has been installed to meet the current social distancing guidelines for all services.
*Let us know prior to your appointment if you are sick or having symptoms of a cold so that we can reschedule your appointment.
*Walk-In appointments NOT accepted. Only customers with appointments may enter the nail salon.
*When arriving for your scheduled appointment we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call us at 355-7779 so that we may begin the check-in process. We will notify you when your service provider is ready to start and you can enter the salon.
*Once inside the nail salon please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
*All magazines and Service Menus have been removed.
*Masks are required to be worn by all employees and customers.
*Please do not bring additional people with you to your appointment. We must keep our capacity limits low.
*NO FOOD can be brought into the salon. Beverages are permitted but no longer supplied. Beverage containers cannot be disposed of in the salon – please take home with you.
*We have been Barbicide Certified for the proper disinfecting of surfaces, tools and all salon equipment used as encouraged by the Professional Beauty Industry.
*Due to an increase in supplies, you may see a price increase in some services.
*In keeping costs to a minimum, we ask that all Gratuities be a cash gift to your service provider. Thank you!

Please read the following very carefully as it pertains to our re-opening.

As of right now, Nail Pros will open on FRIDAY, MAY 29, 2020 with the following guidelines and changes:

*I will be continue to work BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
*If you make an appointment online, it’s not a guarantee of an appointment until you receive a confirmation from me.
* When coming in for your appointment please have a mask on. If you feel more comfortable waiting in your car you can do so and I will text you as soon as I am ready.
*There will be hand sanitizer and soaps in our waiting area, restroom and nail stations that all guests will have access to.
*We ask that you come by yourself to the appointment.
*Please do not just stop by without talking to someone.
This helps us ensure that there is no overflow of people in the business at one time.
*If you have ANY cold symptoms please do not come in. Call or message us and we would be happy to get you rescheduled.

I apologize for any inconvenience but we want to do our part in keeping everyone safe while being respectful of everyone’s decisions.

As always we will be taking the necessary precautions and sanitation measures between each client.
