Daylight Saving Time is here, we spring forward today, and that means something we can all get behind, longer evenings and a little more daylight to enjoy around town.

Longer daylight makes it easier to turn an ordinary weekday into something you actually enjoy. Instead of heading straight home, make a quick downtown stop first. Meet a friend, grab a bite, or treat yourself to a little “mini break” while the sun is still up. A great example is stopping at Johnny’s On The Lake for a bite to eat and soaking in the view of Belleville Lake, even a short stop feels like you got a little more out of your day.
