This page is all about celebrating everyday transformations and the beauty of each woman’s journey after 40.

I want to create a sense of community where women can share their stories and knowledge on how they’ve evolved in their own unique way.

Coming soon to GlowInto…
“The Women of Main Street America”
I’ll be talking with women in our local communities and across the states who make up our beautiful main streets. These women are creating communities and revitalizing what our main streets look like. You’ll learn their behind the scenes stories, about their failures and successes. It doesn’t happen overnight for them, but rather small decisions and lots of energy to create a vision.

✨GLOWINTO STORY✨ Malette Johnson a contributing writer for GlowInto-this is her story.

When I sat down with Malette Johnson, I expected to learn about financial literacy. What I discovered was a woman who made the courageous decision to stop living by everyone else's expectations and start building a life that reflected her own purpose.

From overcoming self-doubt to launching MJ Em'Powers, Malette has transformed her experiences into a mission of helping children, families, and communities gain the confidence and knowledge to create brighter financial futures.

One of the things I love most about GlowInto is discovering that every woman's story is about so much more than her career. It's about the choices she made, the obstacles she overcame, and the wisdom she gained along the way. Malette's story is no exception.

Living today doesn't have to be the life we settle for.

I gave a presentation on creativity recently and then yesterday I read that one of the real inspirations of Rosie The Riveter had passed away at age 100. I did something a little different I recorded a story to share with you including some of the points from that talk as well as my thoughts about Jeanne Gibson and what she left behind after inspiring an iconic poster that we all know well. "We can Do It!"

The most powerful part of a woman’s story is the moment she realizes she is exactly where she is meant to be.

“I feel like I’m really the person now that God designed me to be.” — Carla

“I absolutely had a career change in midlife, and it never really occurred to me until this moment.” — Christine

“Make time for the things you want to try. Not later. Not when everything settles down. Now.” — Meggan

“I knew too many adults who hated Mondays. You’re spending the majority of your life there. Why not do something that you love and look forward to?” — Melanie

These words are just a glimpse of the honesty, courage, and wisdom shared during the first six months of GlowInto.

Finding Meaning in Midlife — GlowInto... 07/27/2026

"The best version of me at 57 does not need to look like the best version of me at 37."

What if the second half of life isn't about becoming less...

What if it's about becoming more intentional?

In this month's What Shapes Us Now, contributor Gieta reflects on the wisdom found in From Strength to Strength by Arthur C. Brooks and Mattering by Jennifer Breheny Wallace, exploring how success gradually shifts from achievement to significance.

If you've ever wondered what truly gives life meaning after 40, this thoughtful piece is worth the read.

One more incredible interview will round out July… and then August brings a whole new lineup of inspiring women.

What does an entertainer with a love of Cher, a CEO redefining how women carry their cell phones, and a yoga instructor who believes true wellness begins with caring for the whole body have in common?

They’ve each taken a unique path, challenged expectations, and found the courage to create something meaningful.

Their stories are coming next month on GlowInto.

✨ Real women. Real stories. Real wisdom for what’s next.

This month, Felisha Ford, founder of FF Consulting Solutions, invites us into a powerful conversation about courage, reinvention, and what it means to pursue a dream long after others think your story has already been written.

In her latest GlowInto feature, "Women in Flight", Felisha reflects on her experience with The 89th Collective, a thriving entrepreneurship community in East St. Louis founded by Devon Moody. Through mentorship, collaboration, and a shared commitment to lifting one another up, the Collective is helping women transform years of experience into bold new ventures and lasting legacies. As an HR consultant, leadership expert, and gifted storyteller, Felisha beautifully captures what happens when accomplished women choose not to slow down—but instead decide it's time to take flight.

✨NEW GLOWINTO STORY✨
One of the greatest surprises since launching GlowInto has been interviewing women in their 60s.

I expected to hear stories about looking back. Instead, I keep hearing stories about looking ahead.

Again and again, these women tell me they still have dreams to pursue, ideas to explore, and chapters they haven't written yet.

Kathleen Kaiser is one of those women.

After decades spent helping businesses, organizations, and communities tell their stories, she's beginning to ask what her own next chapter might look like. Photography. Fashion. Media. Mentoring. New possibilities are still calling her.

One sentence from our conversation has stayed with me:

"I'm not done yet."

I've heard that same sentiment from so many women over 60, and it has completely changed the way I think about aging. Maybe our later years aren't about slowing down—they're about finally having the confidence to become even more of who we were meant to be.

I can't wait for you to read her story.
