IN JESUS’ NAME, LET’S TELL THE TRUTH: LOVE IS NOT OPTIONAL. 🔥❤️

You can shout.
You can preach.
You can prophesy.
You can speak in tongues.
You can serve every Sunday.
You can have a title, a platform, a gift, a ministry, and a Bible full of highlighted Scriptures.

But if you do not know how to LOVE PEOPLE, something is missing.

1 Corinthians 13 makes it plain: without love, the gifts mean nothing.

So no, your gift does not give you permission to be rude.
Your title does not give you permission to dishonor people.
Your position does not give you permission to manipulate, belittle, embarrass, or mistreat people.

If the Spirit of God is truly working in us, LOVE should be visible in how we speak, how we respond, how we correct, and how we treat people.

The fruit of the Spirit begins with LOVE.

Not status.
Not influence.
Not gifting.
Not popularity.

LOVE.

And agape love is not weak. It tells the truth. It has boundaries. It uses wisdom. But it still carries kindness, respect, patience, mercy, and self-control.

You cannot claim to love God while continually treating His people with contempt.

Jesus said:

“By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.” — John 13:35

That is the evidence.

Not how loud you are.
Not how gifted you are.
Not how many people know your name.

HOW DO YOU LOVE?

Because when everything else is stripped away, Scripture still says:

“The greatest of these is love.” — 1 Corinthians 13:13

In Jesus’ name, may our gifts never become louder than our character, and may our Christianity never become louder than our love.

Lord, let people experience YOU by the way we treat them. ❤️🔥

Some days leave you exhausted… but deeply grateful.
Today was long, emotional, busy, and real — but I’m thankful for the gift of joy, peace, family, growth, and simply being present in the moment.

Learning that peace is priceless.
Protecting my energy.
Loving on the people who love on me.
And thanking God for carrying me through every season. 🤍✨

No matter what life throws my way, I’m choosing gratitude, healing, laughter, and light.

There are different seasons in life where different children rise into leadership within the family. During COVID, it was our baby boy Marcus who helped hold our family together in ways people may never fully understand. With Brandon always being the dependable protector, serving now in the United States Army in Italy, and now Michael stepping up tremendously while home visiting from California to Washington — helping his dad and I carry unexpected responsibilities — it reminds me that each of our sons has led this family in their own unique way during different chapters of life. ❤️

As parents, we see it. We feel it. And we deeply appreciate each of them individually for who they are and what they bring to our family.

And tomorrow, as my husband and I celebrate my anniversary of marriage, I’m just grateful for family, growth, resilience, and love through every season. ❤️

Talking to my sons, ministering to my children, loving my family… and staying grounded in gratitude.

I don’t take these moments for granted.
Life has taught me how precious connection, truth, and love really are.

I am a mother.
I am a wife.
I am a woman who pours, even while healing.

And today… I feel blessed. 💛
