Am’Agyn Spencer — A rising force redefining access and opportunity for her generation. As the 2024 Rising CEOs Champion and Founder of Neighborhood Nannies and Am’Agyn’s Academic Advisement, she is building pathways for youth empowerment through entrepreneurship, education, and leadership.

A junior at Duchesne Academy and a full-time college student pursuing Legal Studies, Am’Agyn is already making an impact across policy, social justice, and community leadership. Her work, voice, and vision continue to inspire the next generation to lead boldly and intentionally.
