Today is Mental Health Awareness day and i thought i would come on here to let you brow babes know that one thing does NOT define you.

Allow yourself to feel and experience all the fun things that life has to offer. If it means breaking out of your shell and doing something completely different, full send it and do it with excitement! I would be lying if I said that walking down a ‘runway’ was easy. Sifting through those emotions of ‘omg what if i fall’ or ‘im not an actual model what if they can tell’ and even ‘am i pretty enough to be doing this?’ Simple answer, WHO CARES. People are so invested in their own lives to be hyper focused on what you’re doing so move accordingly and embrace every aspect of your journey!

Most importantly, take care of yourself, physically, spiritually and emotionally today and every day. Self care is self love and no one is going to hold you down more than yourself!
