For this patient, I used chin filler to bring the chin slightly forward, creating better projection and proportion from the side profile.

By adding projection to the chin, we were able to:
• Balance the facial profile
• Create a smoother transition into the jawline
• Enhance jawline definition without directly treating the jaw
• Improve overall facial harmony

Sometimes a small adjustment in projection is all it takes to completely rebalance the profile.

It’s common for me to treat the lips and chin together - lip filler can enhance hydration, shape, and definition, while chin filler can improve projection, support the lower face, and create a more balanced side profile.

Sometimes enhancing the lips alone can make the chin appear more recessed, and treating the chin alone may leave the lower face feeling unfinished. When appropriate, addressing both allows me to create a result that feels cohesive from every angle

The shape of these lips 🤏🏼

Lip filler immediately post injection will be larger in size than what they end up healing as. I always tell my patients to look at the shape and proportions more than the actual size of the lips as it will decrease as swelling goes down!
