Just a scheduling update.

Classes at the massage school resume September 1st and I will be teaching Tuesday and Thursday evenings moving forward.
Scheduling will be as flexible as possible including some extended hours on Fridays as well as some additional weekend availability.
If you are booking online and don't see anything that works for you, please reach out and we'll find something that does!

I wanted to take a moment of gratitude for the grace this past week as i stayed by my grandfathers side in the hospital.
Yesterday, we moved him home to my aunts for end of life care and at 9:15pm, surrounded by love, he peacefully transitioned.
As service arrangements are made, I will communicate any necessary schedule changes.
Again, thank you for your patience and flexibility as I navigate this.

Good morning friends.
Just a note now that I have a moment.
I have been dealing with an emergent family situation the past couple days and will be out of the office unexpectedly at least today and tomorrow.
I apologize for the late notice and just realized I had forgotten to block my schedule in the chaos which is now done.

Thank you immensly for your understanding and holding space as my family navigates.

Just a note!
I will be out of the office the following dates in July:

Thursday July 2nd & Friday July 3rd.
I will have my phone with me and will be available to respond to messages and appointment requests.

July 10-15
I will be out of state for my 50th (???) birthday and will be returning to the office on Thursday the 16th.
During this time I will NOT have the business phone with me and will not be available.

I encourage you to book July appointments ahead of time as availability will be tight!

What an amazing weekend!
I was blessed to be a part of a very small class group that learned about hospice massage.
As many of you know, hospice work has been a part of my heart and while I had to step away from volunteering to handle life, I have been consistently pulled back to it. While I'm not going anywhere just yet ;) I have been anticipating the day that my body just won't allow full time massage anymore and wondering how I will proceed when that time comes.
Hospice work is so very important and fulfilling and I am grateful to have the opportunity to explore how that might fit into the future of my career.

And for those of you that have been asking, I will be adding a new modality to the menu this summer ;)

Happy Friday friends! Just a few scheduling notes.

I will not be teaching this summer so Tuesday and Thursday evenings are now opened back up until the August term starts!

May 19/20 out of the office for self care
July 10-15 out of the office for the big "50".

There will also be some random days in there that I will be blocking as I work on getting the shop updated that will be posted as they are decided.

The 5 yr anniversary event announcement is coming next week and keep an eye out for a very special family friendly event this summer!!
