Late policy- Please show up on time to your scheduled appointment out of respect for myself and those whose appointment follows yours (and for the sake of coming in relaxed and not feeling rushed). Being late may result in a reduction of your hands on time. You will be responsible for the whole service charge as booked-It really stinks when I have to do that so please be on time. Cancellation policy- I ask that you please give me 24 hours notice for any service cancellations or reschedules. This gives me the opportunity to market and fill that spot with someone else who needs it (Lets face it, we all need a good massage)! Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50 % service charge. I do require credit card on file for booking. The card will not be charged before I contact you reminding you of this policy. Emergency situations may be forgiven at my digression. Please note that I do not have a receptionist.
