I'm Emily, and for those who don’t know me or if we haven't chatted in a while, I wanted to reintroduce myself! I’m 39, born and raised in Bellingham, been married for almost 3 years, and am obsessed with my role as a cat mom🐾! I’m a caregiver at heart, dedicated to supporting seniors and promoting human flourishing through my personal and business pursuits. I’m passionate about helping people prioritize self-care in their lives in every season.

A couple of years ago, I was struggling with dry scalp and was introduced to Audere, a Natural Luxury Spa Product company. I want to share something personal that’s made a big difference in my life. A few years back, I found myself struggling with scalp issues – itchiness, bumps and flakes that would get stuck in my hair. 🛏️✨ Last night was a bit of an adventure – I had a sleep study done. For those who haven’t experienced this, imagine electrodes stuck to your scalp with glue the texture of thick waxy rubber cement. This morning, my hair was a matted mess 😱. I was dreading the shower, thinking it would be a nightmare to get everything out.

But let me tell you, Audere came to the rescue! 🌿💧 I knew these products were amazing, but this really proved it. With a bit of shampoo, the adhesive melted away.
