create thermal coagulation zones at 3 selected depths (1.5mm, 3.0mm, and
4.5mm), leaving the skin’s surface unaffected. The direct trauma caused in the
treatment area from this focused energy promotes, heating, immediate THE

Skincare tip #2
Drink water! You have heard this before but it's really worth mentioning.

These are the 2 main reasons why you should drink between 11-16 cups of water a day.

1. Your organs need water to function properly

Your skin in the largest organ in your body and needs water to be able to breath and function properly. If you are dehydrated your skin will start to produce more sebum in order to compensate for your dry skin. Excess sebum leads to blocked pores which leads to blackheads which leads to acne and enlarged pores.

2. Your Kidneys and Liver needs water to flush out all toxins and waste that your body produces. If these toxins doesn't get flushed out they will start to build up in your body which in turn leads to your entire health deteriorating.

Bonus tip!

The oil in your skin is the main thing that is supposed to keep you skin moisturised but sometimes when a pore gets clogged because oxidized sebum (oil). The oil will not reach the surface of the skin and instead form a blackhead. This results in dry skin and large clogged pores.

Steam is the best and most gentle way to open up your pores and allow your skin to moisturise itself! It also helps your skin to absorb skincare products better.

To give yourself a steam facial you can either boil a large pot of water on the stove and then let the steam hit your face. (Put a towel over your head so that the steam hits your face more effectively)

Or you can buy a facial steamer to make it safer and easier to do!

(Both ways are equally effective but a facial steamer is much safer and easier to administer. The only thing you have to press a button)

Skincare tips #1
The most important thing in order to get beautiful skin is to have your diet in order.

The reason for this is that everything that you put in your body eventually will become what your body is made up of. What you put into your body also affects your hormones and a whole host of other things that affects your skin.

So these are some simple things to keep in mind when trying to improve your diet.

1. Avoid foods that Are or can Become White.

High blood sugar increases inflammation in your body which leads to acne and increased oil production.

A good rule of thumb is to avoid foods that ARE or can BE white. This is a sign of a low fiber content and that it has been refined in order to essentially remove everything that isn't carbohydrates or sugars.

2. Eat/drink your vegetables

Eating vegetables and fruits decreases inflammation as well as gives your body the necessary vitamins it needs to be healthy. A lot of skin issues stems from being deficient in certain vitamins and minerals.

One or more smoothies a day is a really good way to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you consume.

3. Eat/drink more healthy fats

Healthy fats are essential for your Hormone Production.

If there is an imbalance in your hormones you can count on the fact that your skin will act up. Healthy fats can be found in Nuts, Avocadoes, Coconut oil, Salmon, Almonds (High in zink which is really good for your hormone production), Egg Yolks, extra virgin Olive oil. Fats to avoid comes from foods that you know to be unhealthy like fried food, Pizza, Margarine, potato chips and other snacks.

4. Don't drink your sugars

Avoid all drinks that contains sugar. This includes most soft drinks and all fruit juices. They spike your blood sugar and will make it much more likely for your skin to break out.

5. Anti-inflammatory hack

This tip certainly is not for everyone since it tastes quite bad. But if you are brave enough to try it you will notice a huge difference in your skin and overall well being. Eat 2-3 tbsp of Turmeric a day. Turmeric has large amounts of the active substance Curcumin which is highly anti-inflammatory. Lower levels of inflammation will affect all your aches and pains, improve your skin tone and reduce the risk of getting inflamed acne.

Chamomile Benefits and Contraindications
Chamomile’s ability to inhibit inflammation makes it great for use in skin care. It helps to comfort, soothe and moisturize the skin. The chemical compound, apigenin, has also been shown to help improve the skin’s barrier function.

Actions. Anti-allergic, anti-anxiety (Glycine, Flavonoid), anti-inflammatory (Chamazulene and α-Bisabolol), anti-spasmodic, (Apigenin, Quercetin and Luteolin), nervine, sedative, (Apigenin) diuretic, emmenagogue and tonic.

Contraindications. Do not use with pregnant or breast-feeding clients. Avoid use by those who are allergic to rag w**d. May interact with other drugs being taken. May affect the me**es.

Uses of Chamomile
When choosing products, ingredients, herbs and essential oils for yourself and your business, tune into the essence of a product as well as looking at its chemical properties or physical benefits. Healing is in the spirit or essence of a plant/product. Use your intuition to help guide you.

1. Aroma sachets and capsules. The simplest use for chamomile is to purchase organic, non-irradiated dried chamomile flowers at a local herb store. Place 2-3 teaspoons of the dried herb into a 3x4 organza bag and use it to breathe in the aroma of the flower. Inhalation of the vaporized essential oils derived from chamomile flowers in a sachet is recommended to relieve anxiety and general depression.

2. Aromatherapy massage. Roman chamomile essential oil may be used alone or blended with lavender essential oil to be used for massage that helps to reduce stress and anxiety. Studies have actually shown that three, 20-minute massage sessions per week for six weeks, show significant results with reduced anxiety and increased self-esteem in the recipients.

3. Chamomile herbal infusions. A coffee press (not used for coffee) is the perfect way to steep organic, dried chamomile flowers to use for tea or the following remedies. Add ¼ to ½ cup of herb to the bottom of the press. Fill with 1 – 2 cups of hot water. Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes until the water becomes a rich golden color. Press and pour for tea.

4. Compresses for irritation and wound healing. Use your infusion as an eye compress for eye irritation and pink eye. Let the tea cool. You may also refrigerate the infusion and then soak cotton rounds in a small portion of the liquid. Squeeze out the excess liquid and place the round on the eyelids for up to 10 minutes.

For larger areas with skin irritation, you may add a few drops of chamomile essential oil to your tea infusion. Soak a cloth or towel in a bowl of warm or cold infusion, squeeze out excess water and then apply this compress to the affected area.

5. Mouthwash to reduce inflammation. Using an herbal infusion of chamomile as a mouthwash and gargle has been known to help reduce inflammation of the mucous membranes in the mouth and throat, especially for cancer patients being treated with chemotherapy.

We're going through stressful part of our life because of virus and also stress of loosing our jobs or Economic recession or ....
Life is full of stresses , we have to be prepare for it . take necessity safety precautions but not put our lives on hold or stress too much about it. The problem is stress effect our immune system which the direct result is lines and saggy and dull looking face.

Constant worry can trigger the same stress response as a major threat—the release of adrenalin and other stress hormones— which over time can negatively impact our skin. Studies show that long-term stress suppresses the immune system in all organs, including our skin, making us more susceptible to infections and even disrupting menstrual cycles, which can lead to hormonal breakouts. cortisol, the primary stress hormone, is the main culprit. “Normally, cortisol levels oscillate by our internal circadian clock, with peak levels in the morning and low points happening around midnight. When we’re stressed, our cortisol levels are disrupted, which can cause acne and exacerbate conditions like eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and atopic dermatitis. Our skin, hair and nails are of the lowest importance to our survival., at times of stress, valuable vitamins and minerals are prioritized for our body’s vital metabolic processes and the production of stress hormones. Skin is an external barometer of what is happening internally, and we often see dull skin at times of fatigue and stress.” A dull complexion is the least of our worries—we can also expect more lines and wrinkles, too.
Consistently elevated levels of cortisol is catabolic to the body, meaning we are breaking down and failing to repair tissues, which leads to decreased collagen and elastin production.. With chronic stress we also ‘tire out’ our adrenal glands and deplete their ability to react properly to stress.

At styles Salon & Spa I try so hard to sanitize all surfaces and wash my hands and keep the whole space clean. Together we can keep our community Coronavirus free,

Steps to Prevent Illness

There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.

The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person.

Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).
Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.

Take steps to protect yourself

washing hands with soap and water

Clean your hands often
Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

Avoid close contact

Avoid close contact with people who are sick
Put distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick.

Clean and disinfect

Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
If surfaces are dirty, clean them: Use detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection.
To disinfect:
Most common EPA-registered household disinfectants will work. Use disinfectants appropriate for the surface.

Options include:

Diluting your household bleach.
To make a bleach solution, mix:
5 tablespoons (1/3rd cup) bleach per gallon of water
OR
4 teaspoons bleach per quart of water
Follow manufacturer’s instructions for application and proper ventilation. Check to ensure the product is not past its expiration date. Never mix household bleach with ammonia or any other cleanser. Unexpired household bleach will be effective against coronaviruses when properly diluted.

Alcohol solutions.
Ensure solution has at least 70% alcohol.
Other common EPA-registered household disinfectants.
Products with EPA-approved emerging viral pathogens external icon claims are expected to be effective against COVID-19 based on data for harder to kill viruses. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for all cleaning and disinfection products (e.g., concentration, application method and contact time, etc.).

What Is Coolsculpting?
First things first: Coolsculpting is described as a “fat-freezing fat reduction” procedure. It’s noninvasive and has very little downtime, so doctors often position it as an alternative to liposuction. Scientifically known as cryolipolysis, the process involves using a vacuum-like applicator to suction targeted areas of fat. Then it deep-freezes your fat cells, which eventually causes them to die and be naturally expelled via your lymphatic system.

It’s cleared to work on the following areas: under your chin and jawline; on your thighs, abdomen, and flanks (i.e., "love handles"); for bra fat; and underneath your buttocks and upper arms. The caveat is that you have to have enough fat for the applicator to adhere to. Appointments are about 45 minutes long per section first 5 min. while sucking fat into the cup can be painful then can be relaxed.
The sensation when the applicator suctions on to your skin is extremely cold at first, but your skin numbs, almost like when your foot falls asleep. After they remove the machine, they quickly massage out the frozen area of fat, which most agree is the worst part. Below, here are things you should know before booking your own appointment.

Coolsculpting Doesn’t Guarantee to Keep Off Fat
Coolsculpting might be FDA-approved, but it doesn't mean that your fat will disappear forever. If you gain weight, you may see the areas you treated gain weight as well. “The fat that died isn't coming back, but fat can still grow,” says board-certified dermatologist Nancy Samolitis, M.D., of Facile Dermatology Boutique in West Hollywood.

Plan to Get at Least Two Treatments
In theory, you can see a reduction in fat on areas like your stomach, flanks, and chin in as little as one session. But two sessions are ideal for more permanent results. You might even want to book three sessions for larger areas like your abdomen.

It Takes a Few Months to See Results
I remember thinking I was going to walk out of the treatment with my fat magically gone, but that didn't happen.Three to six months after the second session is when you’ll really see the best results But you have to have patience.

What to know before making an appointment for Microblading……

Fixable problems with Permanent Make-up and Microblading and none fixable problems with permanent makeup and Microblading

Mistakes with choosing color how dark or light the color of ink is, are fixable as long as the shape of Eyebrows that they created on your face is correct.

Fixing the shape of Eyebrows from thin and narrow and short to thicker and longer are no problem but if they created thick Eyebrows on a Oval shape face or Long Shape face with high Arch is not fixable . No matter what we do , either fixing with skin color ink or laser tattoo removal , still the leftover ink will stay there and stain your skin. This is why you have to understand your facial shape and how to improve it with right Eyebrows shape. This is why I decided to give some info about different facial shapes and what shape Eyebrows will improve the look .

Eyebrows frame the facial features, creating balance, so when they change or fall out completely, the balance of the face is thrown off — and the effect can be dramatic.

Choosing flattering eyebrows is all about selecting a brow that will compliment and balance out your unique face shape.

Oval Face Shape
Since you already have the most coveted face shape, a soft brow with a shallow arch is most flattering; it will maintain the natural balance of your face.

Diamond Face Shape
A diamond shaped face is balanced, but angular; to soften angles, choose a soft brow with a curved or soft arch.Fixable problems with Permanent Make-up and Microblading and none fixable problems with permanent makeup and Microblading
