Hi everyone, hope you are enjoying the last bits of summer. As everyone know, we have closed our Barkley location(have you seen the construction?). We've been quiet while we try and figure out where the future of our business should head. We are not going to re-open. It just doesn't feel the same with the places we looked at. And we decided it was time to move closer to our family. We are truly sad!

We understand there are gift card purchases bought after we re-opened April 12th 2016. We stopped selling gift cards in late May once it was confirmed our lease will not be renewed. Our shop does not have a system to keep track of gifts, we treat them similar to cash. If a client loses or forgets her giftcard, we would use the trust system and take her in. Because we are no longer there, and it is difficult to refund giftcards, we have worked with a nearby salon to honor giftcards bought ON or AFTER April 12 2016. We closed in July, and if we missed you in notifications, any gift cards unused, please bring your gift card to the salon. A phone call ahead to the salon would be much appreciated. Please understand, we dont sell many giftcards, do not plan to take money from buyers. Closing down the business was not our choice, nor did we make or try to take any money off of it. Thank you.

It is very hard to make this announcement, but Crystal Nails and Spa is CLOSED. Please understand This is NOT our wish. As many of you have seen, there are a number of businesses that have either left or closed in our plaza. Barkley is doing a revamp to the village that will draw more crowds, and decided our business, along with others, has to go. Building a nails salon require at least 3 months, finance and an ideal location. With the notice time, we are not able to find an alternate place, so we are sorry we cannot serve you anymore. Your loyalty and support has helped us survive the past 2 years and we had we have the choice, we would stay and serve you. We are blessed to have such kind, understanding, and content clients like you. We wanted to stay open longer, but due to everyone's schedule, we had to close earlier than we anticipate. The past few days has been a whirlwind, we are sorry if we let anyone down. Once again, this is not our wish. As we know the changes to Barkley will be good for everyone, we are sorry to have to leave.
