With my hockey players going back into the school year and a new season, I now have availability for personal training clients from 7-noon daily.
The options are either 1:1 at my home gym in Bellmore or virtual training thru facetime .
Included with training is nutritional and sleep analysis.
We’ll be making weekly and monthly goals to keep you on track.
The gym has a bike, treadmill, bench, dumbells from 5 to 75 lbs, hex bar, Bosu ball, swiss ball, TRX, resistance bands, and mini bands.
Aside from the pic below, in the main area of my garage I have a squat rack, pull up bar, bench press, and cable system.
For any questions, don’t hesitate to ask and don’t keep pushing off your health to next week or next month because you’ll never get back on track and will keep making excuses.
Excuses only satisfy you but they dont satisfy your Goals.🏆💪🏼🏋️
