📢First, we want to say a massive THANK YOU to our incredible community! We are so grateful for your continued support and for choosing us for your services.
🤍As our schedule continues to fill up, we want to make sure we can accommodate everyone looking to book an appointment, especially those on our waitlist.

💳 Card on File RequiredEvery client will now be required to keep a credit card securely on file to secure future bookings. Your card will only be charged if the policy terms below are not followed.

⏱️ 24-Hour Notice RequiredAny cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, strictly within our standard business hours.

🚫 Late Cancellations & No-ShowsAppointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will now be charged 100% of the booked service price.

🚗 Late ArrivalsIf you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to fulfill your service. It will be treated as a late cancellation requiring full payment.

🧾 If you have a package and don’t show up or cancel late, you automatically lose your session.

We entirely understand that life happens and unexpected emergencies arise! However, as a small business, we must take this precaution to keep things running smoothly while keeping our prices fair for everyone.

Cancellation Policy Update!

Dear Client,

We are incredibly grateful for your continued support and for choosing us for your services. As our demand has grown, we want to ensure we can accommodate everyone looking to book an appointment.
Lately, we have experienced a high volume of last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals. Because we reserve a specific block of time just for you, these sudden openings make it difficult for us to fill the spot with clients on our waitlist.
To protect our team’s time and avoid raising our overall service prices, we are updating our cancellation and attendance policy effective July 5.
🗓️ Our New Policy Terms:
* Card on File Required: To secure and book all future appointments, every client will now be required to keep a credit card securely on file.
* When You Will Be Charged: Your card will only be charged if the cancellation and attendance policy terms below are not followed.
* 24-Hour Notice Required: Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, strictly within our standard business hours.
* Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will now be charged 100% of the booked service price (updated from our previous 50% fee).
* Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to fulfill your service, and it will be treated as a late cancellation requiring full payment.
* If you have a package, you will automatically lose one of your sessions.
