🚨Please be on time to appointments because a late fee is applied. Also, cancellation fee and no-show fee will be applied with NO REFUNDS. I do understand that things happen. With that being said if you have to reschedule, please give me a courtesy call or text so that charges can be avoided. 🚨
I try to respect the time of others; I expect the same in return.
🚨🚨10 minutes late result to $20 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment IS VOID and card on file will be charged full price for inconvenience (this is considered a No Show) and appointment will need to be rescheduled. If a call is placed but you are 15 minutes late there is a $60 squeeze in fee to keep that existing appointment. 🚨🚨
Appointments NEED to be cancelled a FULL 24 hours before your appointed time!!!! Card on file will be charged full amount. If you need appointments ASAP or on a day that the shop is closed, I will be more than happy to come in for a fee of $60 extra. I look forward to you all blessing me with your presence!

Your locs will let you know when something isn’t right! Here are 5 major red flags and WHY they matter: 👀
🚩 1. THINNING AT THE ROOTS
If your roots are becoming noticeably thinner, your locs may be experiencing too much tension, over-retwisting, or breakage. Ignoring thinning can eventually cause the entire loc to break off.
🚩 2. LOCS HANGING BY A FEW STRANDS
That loc is holding on for dear life! 😩 This is a major sign of weakness or breakage at the root and should be addressed before the loc completely detaches.
🚩 3. EXCESSIVE BUILDUP
Heavy gels, oils, waxes, lint, and products that aren’t properly washed out can become trapped inside your locs. Over time, buildup can cause dullness, odor, and make it harder to properly cleanse your hair.
