What are the policies for the company?
- No Refunds: However, we will do everything we can to correct any imperfections you may not like and that's why each procedure comes with one free touch-up about a month after your original appointment. This allows us to thicken or make darker anything you like, or correct anything that may not have healed perfectly. We want you to be happy and we won't stop working until you are 100% satisfied.

- Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled by phone within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. In the result of a no-call/no-show, no discount will be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
- Gift Policy: Gift certificates are available in person only for any procedure. Gift certificates are valid for one year following purchase. Treat someone special to the gift that will last a lifetime! Permanent cosmetics is a safe and natural-looking alternative to the expense and daily routine of applying makeup upon waking in the morning and often times throughout the day. 2. YES -- Marcia Angelette is a trained professional in the art of Permanent Make-Up. She utilizes a 100% single-use, disposable system for each procedure. Her methods of permanent cosmetic application are controlled, gentle and safe as she is also a Board-Certified Technician for the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.

3. Very little, if any, discomfort is experienced during the procedure. In fact, the great majority of her clients describe the sensation as a "'tickling" feeling. The anesthesia gel Marcia uses is of a superior grade and is extremely effective.

4. Will it look "natural"? YES -- It will look more natural than your own conventional make-up. Unless you tell somebody you've had it applied, they'll never know. Marcia uses "natural-looking" hair strokes for brows, with natural age-defying shapes. Marcia has been a makeup/makeover artist for over 10 years and specializes in "natural-looking" makeup. Marcia's artist's eye will capture or create the natural beauty of her client. If a client wants a more bold, dramatic look, Marcia is able to accomplish that as well. Generally, you would start with the minimum that you feel comfortable with. When you come back in about a month for your touch-up, some clients may want their lines a little thicker or darker. Her rich and creamy pigments create the most natural shades. Several different methods of permanent cosmetic application are often used during your procedure in order to provide you with the most beautiful results. You can choose between a very dramatic look or one that is soft, powdery and subtle, including the popularly sought-after "smudgy" look for eyeliner.

5. What is the healing period like? Most of her clients are immediately able to return to work or their other daily activities immediately following their procedure without any embarrassment or discomfort. Her exclusive-blend of superior-strength anesthesia gel prevents unsightly swelling and bleeding while providing a rapid, healing period for her clients. For approximately 5-7 days following the procedure, you will need to apply a thin film of ointment to the procedure site. During this healing period, you will notice the color soften into your skin. 6. How many applications are needed? Generally, two applications are needed in order to achieve full satisfaction with your desired look. However, many of her clients are fully satisfied with just one application. If a second application is desired, it is scheduled approximately 4-6 weeks after the initial procedure.

7. Often, I have great difficulty applying my eyeliner. It usually ends up too thick or it ends up uneven. How will the permanent eyeliner look? Truthfully, it will look sensational. A very conservative approach is used for those who are unsure of width or color. The second application may be used as an opportunity to add more fullness or color, if desired. Permanent make-up can be applied very evenly, precisely and smoothly.

8. How long does a procedure take? Including the consultation, paperwork, and numbing time, the average length of time for one procedure is approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours. The second application is usually l hour or less.

9. May I choose my own colors? Definitely. Colors and shades are custom-blended to match your favorite pencils. However, should you later decide upon a different color, she can either lighten, darken, or even the change the color at that time. As an expert in the field, a different color choice may be recommended, based on a personal color analysis. Although the final color choice is yours, she strongly recommends natural shades. With each procedure, only fresh and safe ingredients are used. Their rich and creamy pigments are of the highest quality and have an excellent reputation because they look so natural.

10. How much does a permanent procedure cost? Marcia's permanent cosmetic procedures generally range from 350.00 to 1100. (Corrective procedures are generally more expensive, and are individually priced). Make absolutely certain that you understand price is actually one of the least important questions to ask in your search for a technician. A single, misplaced line may alter and detract from the beautiful features of your face. Often, corrective work is very costly and requires extensive work. There is nothing more important than using extreme caution before selecting a technician. "Color enhancements" or "Touch-Ups" are recommended for those who wish to keep their permanent makeup looking as fresh as possible. Generally, every 2-8 years or so, depending on color, individual body chemistry, and lifestyle. Pricing on color enhancements are greatly reduced, and individually assessed.

13. I have already had permanent makeup done in the past and it didnt work on me, why? Again, this is another reason why it is important to take the time and thoroughly investigate your choice of permanent makeup technicians before settling on someone based on geographical convenience or pricing. The technicians experience is key as she must understand and practice proper techniques necessary for pigment retention. Also, find out if your technician specializes in permanent makeup or is this a sideline job for her? As in most things, the more experience, the better. Go to a specialist.

14. I have already had permanent makeup done and I am unhappy with the results, what can be done now? She's seen this much too often.
