I am closing the nail salon. Thank you to everyone who supported it! It was fun and I loved doing it.
I want to begin this post with a huge resounding THANK YOU to everyone who has always supported my nail salon and those who stepped up to support me during the COVID shut down. I worked very hard to try to get as many people booked and completed in June as I could!
July is already fully booked... for those of you who I could not get in, I would like to get you refunded for the gift certificates that you have. Please write your address on the back of your certificate and drop it off in the mail slot at my home (1222 N Hersey). It is on the west side of the house behind the lampost. I will mail/drop off a check to you at soon as I get it!
I am not closing my doors. I am so grateful for all of you and your wonderful praise regarding services at Nailed It! I pray that all salons get to stay open through this craziness and that all of the hair stylists and nail techs are as appreciated as I feel!
As always, FB will be the best place for updates and hopefully sooner than later, announcements of open days to book an appointment!
Happy 4th of July!
UPDATE (6/1/20) I cannot commit to recurring appointments on the Saturdays I am open. If you schedule for polygel or hard gel nails, there is a high probability that they cannot be filled when they need to. I am sorry for the inconvenience! Hopefully everyone needs a pedi!
Online booking is available again! Currently, openings are on Saturdays only.
Just want to stress how careful we have to be reopening, especially since I am in the at-risk category due to medications I take for my autoimmune disease.
Please remember to bring a mask to your appointment if you have one scheduled!

UPDATE! I am now starting to contact clients for scheduling. Right now I need to get my regulars back on their schedule, gift certificate owners booked and previously cancelled appointments from the last two months booked.
Online booking will continue to be suspended until I can get caught up! Please be patient with me as I continue through my list. I will be contacting each of you!
As always, please make sure that if you do not feel well, you are not comfortable coming in or have traveled to an area where there is a higher risk of contracting COVID-19 that you do not make an appointment. If you want to wear a mask, you will need to bring one with you!
I wanted to let you guys know that I have decided to take a full-time position here in town. I will still be doing mani's and pedi's, just not full time!
When salons are allowed to reopen, my plan is to contact and schedule everyone who bought a Chamber gift certificate. The support you showed by buying those is appreciated more than you know!
Right now I am just taking one day at a time. I will continue to keep you posted as I figure things out and this COVID-19 pandemic unfolds.
Online scheduling will remain suspended at this time.

Well, it looks like the EARLIEST possible re-opening date after Gov. Kelly's press conference today is May 18th. I will continue to keep you guys posted!

Hello friends! I just wanted to give an update to where we are at with re-opening and scheduling appointments.
The state expects to release guidance Thursday. I want you to understand that even if Kansas opens non-essential businesses, the county has the authority to be more restrictive and we could still be limited/mandated closed.
With that in mind, I have no plans to start rescheduling clients until the proper authorities have given salons permission to do so. If you have an appointment scheduled next week, it may change! Online scheduling will continue to be suspended until I can get a handle on rescheduling all the canceled appointments from the last 5 1/2 weeks.
Thank you to all of you that have been so supportive and have been diligently waiting for salons to reopen. I really would hate to reopen too early and have the trials of the last 5 1/2 weeks be for nothing!
Hello friends! Gov. Kelly just extended the stay-at-home order to May 3rd.
Many of you are overdue or will be soon and it would be better to remove them properly and prevent the "greenies" (mold) from growing under your enhancements. Please text me at 534-7464 to obtain a file and help on how to remove. I will be providing the proper removal files for free.
