Your muscles called… they want a massage. 😉💆‍♀️

🚨 Your body has a way of warning you before it completely breaks down…
✨ Tight shoulders
✨ Headaches
✨ Trouble sleeping
✨ Low back pain
✨ Constant stress & tension
✨ Feeling exhausted all the time
Those are your “check engine lights.” 👏
Massage therapy isn’t just about relaxation — it’s about maintenance. Regular bodywork helps keep your muscles, nervous system, and body functioning properly before small issues turn into major problems. 💆‍♀️
You take care of your vehicle because you rely on it every day…
Your body deserves that same care too. 💛
Don’t ignore the signs.
Book the massage your body has been asking for 😉

Your body works best when everything works together. 🙌
Chiropractic care helps restore alignment, while massage therapy helps relax tight muscles that can pull the body out of balance. Together, they can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support faster recovery. ✨
Alignment + muscle therapy = a healthier, stronger you. 💆‍♀️🩻

Today marks a new beginning. I am no longer with Shelley’s Hair, Body & Skin.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” – Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
I never imagined I’d be stepping into a new chapter in my career, but God had other plans. I am so grateful for the opportunities, growth, and lessons I gained during my time at Shelley’s, and I will carry those with me into this next season.
I’m excited to share that I am now part of the team at Wells Spine & Sport in Belton!
If you’d like to continue your massage and wellness journey with me, I would love to see you at my new location. You can message me directly or reach out by text to get scheduled—I’ll be happy to get you taken care of.
Thank you all for your continued trust, support, and en couragement 🤍
