For so long I’ve battled internally with this need to want friends, but somehow I stop myself from allowing it. I self sabotage and I’m trying to find things that bring me joy.

Mental health is a struggle each and every day for someone who deal with depression and feeling as if they are unwanted and unworthy. I’m learning to speak up for what I want instead of waiting for it to come to me. No one can read my mind or tell me what I need besides myself. I’m going to take this opportunity to forgive myself for the self sabotage and learn from it. Don’t shut people out who care about you.

It is time I be kind to myself!
