I was approached by Kaycee the school director of couple of months ago, and she asked me if I could blazon the knowledge about electrolysis to their students- And I was like, heck why not?! Let’s spread the word about the only permanent hair removal out there, the more people know about it, the better, right?
Today, I got to talk to these beautiful ladies about electrolysis and the business side of things- it was an awesome experience and took me out of my comfort zone for sure.
I have to say- it was a beautiful, well-thought-out, and inspirational space!

It’s been a while and with the gorgeous weather upon us, I wanted to touch base with you all and update you on a couple of things.

I am a one-woman show and am very grateful for your continuous support- especially to those who were with me from the beginning.

Firstly, I wanted to remind you of my policies-
Any appointment changes (rescheduling or change of app. duration) must be made within 24h, otherwise, 50% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged. When you don’t give me enough time to make an adjustment it will take away valuable time from a client that wants the treatment time.
If “No-Call/No-show” happens 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.

I found myself forgiving a lot of these last-minute changes and realized I’m jeopardizing my livelihood by not enforcing those policies. I very much appreciate your time and asking for the same in return.
I understand that emergencies do happen, so please communicate.

Secondly, my prices reflect the time and energy I put into my services, hours of continuing education each year, and increased cost of supplies.

Thirdly, a new time slot is being implemented. Some of you have literally just a “few hairs” that need to be gone (or you will get there eventually) and so I have created a 5-10 mins time slot for those individuals. Please, let me be the judge of how many hairs there actually are since I’ve been trained to understand the hair cycles in depth. You only will be able to schedule this time slot with me at the office or communicate with me via text or email.

It’s been a while…
For the new faces on here- Welcome 🤗
I’m Radana (I’ll go by Rad), I’m the girl you call for all of your “hairy” needs.
Hairy ni***es? Legs? Upper or lower lip? Basically anywhere you can think of..
For those that followed me for a while now-
It’s been quiet couple of months!
I’m not going to lie, it’s been a rough stretch of time for me, both personally & professionally.
War, Illness, running a business, everyday life…
You can catch my drift, as you say here in America…
And those, who are hustling every day and have kids, poorly partner or a parent- You are my heroes!
Anyways, I have recently moved offices and worked really hard on it- but how it is sometimes in life, nothing goes the way you anticipate it and so, I’m a bit hesitant to show you my new space yet- and if you have met me, you know I’m very much about decorating and making everyone feel at home.
I might be moving offices again in the near or far future who knows.. But for now, me and my fluffy alpaca are helping existing clients to feel their best and I’m also slowly tackling that waitlist you might’ve put your name on-
When I reach out to you, I will generally give you 24h window for you to come back to me and then I have to move on to the next person. I think that’s fair amount of time and I am always trying to do my best to accommodate everyone, but I only have two hands and only so much time in a day 😴
