LeCol's Soap Bar

These are all of the soaps I created for the Tall and Skinny Shimmy Soap Challenge. With extra time on my hands now, I decided to experiment with a new technique. I created my own smaller molds made from cereal boxes which all had to be lined which was a challenge in itself! My first attempt was way too oily and mottled looking-not enough stirring of soap batter. Second try came out more with shimmy effect, but wasn't happy about color combo. Then I drew a pic of new color arrangement for a visual with 7 different colors. My third attempt got the colors, but white bubbles appeared on soap. So final attempt had the bright colors I was looking for, the shimmy effect , and will be entry for the challenge. I used Yuzu fragrance oil, which is light and grapefruity! Fun experimenting with new technique and learned a lot through the process!
