What did you have for lunch today?
I made myself a frittata w/1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, some leftover roasted turkey 🦃 and some leftover steamed broccoli 🥦 (I can’t stand leftover broccoli 😫), but it worked out amongst the other ingredients!
Here’s to awesome low carb/low fat and high protein meals!

Getting some last little pumps in before the competition this weekend! Hope you’ve been having a great week!
Here’s the Top 5 things I did to drop 19lbs!
1) cut out/greatly reduce my alcohol intake.
2) hit my daily protein goal in grams per my goal body weight - I actually got more protein in to help build/keep muscle while losing weight. W/focus on leaner proteins.
3) eat mostly whole foods and minimally processed foods.
4) increased my water intake up to a gallon per day!
5) weight training 4-5 days a week.
6) worked with a coach to help me with accountability and reaching my end goal- which I DID!! 🎉😅😄👍👍

What’s for lunch today?
Chicken, air fried sweet potatoes and some broccoli 🥦.
Yep, the competition is done and the pressure is off now to get down to a certain physique look/level of body fat, but I don’t get to go crazy with my food/nutrition. Though my coach gave me permission to take a lil diet break yesterday.
My coach and I are starting me on what’s called a “reverse diet.” We slowly increase my carbohydrates, fats and calories. This is to help my body get back to a more healthy and sustainable weight/body fat %. The look I brought to the competition was pretty and I’m proud of it, but I’m not meant to stay that way for very long as it’s not good for me or my hormones.
I also am looking forward to getting stronger, building a bit more muscle and feeling regularly adequately fueled!
