Hello beautiful friends, just an update in case you haven’t heard- I am three weeks out from hand surgery after severing a tendon on my left pinky. I am healing up well and soaking up some time off. I am also learning a a lot from my left pinky 🤗 things like needing to slow down and not rush! And to be grateful for everything in my life, for it is all a gift. Also learning to receive! And to ask for help when I need it. That’s a hard one for me to learn. I have some wonderful people in my life supporting me in multiple ways. Sending you all so much peace and love 💗

Hey beautiful people! I have officially moved my office space. I’m now at 362 NE Clay Ave in Bend! Right next to and close to (UH-OH 😂) The last couple months have been pretty transformative. I have a new website and scheduling system thanks to my wonderful friend Shawna and now a new office. I am looking forward to continued growth, deeper healing for myself and others, so much more love, and more aligned connections 💗☀️🫶🏼

I had the best weekend learning level 1 cranio sacral therapy here in Bend! What a gentle, calming modality- my nervous system hasn’t felt this good in years!!! I’m looking forward to practicing on people and integrating it into my massage and Reiki sessions too ❤️

I received my Usui/Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master certification back in early July. They say that Reiki will help to remove energy that does not serve your highest good. My life was shaken up for a few months for sure! I was ready for change, ready to raise my vibration and to let fall away what no longer served me. At the time it didn’t feel right to show my new certification. But now I have been practicing daily on myself, and things in my life have settled for now 💗 I am proud to offer different types of this amazing healing energy in office or distance healing….

❤️🌈❤️February marks 8 years in business for me, 3 years and over 12 years as a bodyworker. I’m still in such awe of our amazing bodies and our ability to heal ourselves. I’m still learning so much everyday from each of my wonderful clients, and through continued education. I really love working with energy and sound to help facilitate healing on an emotional and physical level. I continue to work on myself so that I can be the best me possible, for that is how I can help others on their healing path- and that is how we heal on a global level.
