4 things to know about you SPF.......

1) Apply your SPF daily. Every. single. morning. It will not last all day. So if you are using it 1x a day and spending your afternoon and evening outside with no coverage damage will occur. Reapply every 2 hours when in direct sunlight.

2) Your SPF 15 in your makeup is not enough. Use a hydrating, non clogging SPF and use as your last step in your skincare routine.

3) There are so many options to choose from now and you can find one that works for you!

4) Damage is long lasting. The sunburn you got a year ago may look like it faded but the damage has been done to your DNA and it remembers the trauma. The good news is you can repair and protect your skin NOW!
