In The Moment Massage Therapy

Weather? Not gonna let it stop with Turning Point Recovery Center of Bennington Had the new canopy ready to go but since we moved indoors, setup was pretty simple and I am ready to go! Looking forward to a day of chair massage for my community.

When the work I love crosses paths with causes I feel strongly about, I consider myself lucky. This Saturday I will be joining Turning Point Recovery Center of Bennington for their annual Soberfest event providing complimentary chair massage from 11-4:00 PM. Stop by for a little relaxation and enjoy the live entertainment on the main stage. See you Saturday!

This morning got to check off another bucket list item. Chair massage is a great way for companies to show appreciation for their staff, unfortunately often times third shift employees missed out. But not today! I was up before the alarm at 4:15 AM and set up by 6:00 AM to do the work I love for the amazing team at Seall, Inc. There is something extra special when your work finds its way to people who truly deserve it.

Most people who need a massage just can’t find a time that works for them. Between work and family and therapist availability, scheduling can often add to an already stressed body. The good news, has openings THIS SUNDAY from 12-4. An unexpected change of plans has opened up the day. If you’ve been putting it off, now is the time to put yourself first. Call or text 860-558-0618 to schedule 30, 60, 90 or even 120 minutes of relaxation!

Last week of July has brought a couple of schedule changes! What better way to recharge if you’re on vacation or anxiously awaiting one in August😁

Tuesday 7/28 1:30 PM (60 minute only)
Wednesday 7/29 12-2:30 PM
Thursday 7/30 2:30- 5:00 PM

Call or text 860-558-0618 for your appointment today!

Today was and it was my second year offering massage to the through hikers. Not as many people on my table this year, but still an awesome experience. I love hearing the trail names and knowing I am able to offer some well-deserved moments of relaxation. Best of luck Kenai, B**r Run, TriPod, and Look It! Wishing you clear skies and beautiful weather in your way to the summit.

Happy 250th birthday America! I am so grateful for this beautiful country that has allowed me to truly fulfill my dreams.

When I left CCV to open this practice full time, the hardest part was not being in touch with so many amazing students who were finishing up their journey over another year. I always told students that the best part of my job was seeing someone I had the privilege to help achieve a goal they worked so hard for and thankfully I got to see some of them do just that today! Congratulations 🎓 I promise you, if you truly follow your heart, you will go places you never imagined possible. I thank you for being an important part of my life’s dream.

New day, new month, new season. Every day is 24 hours of unlimited potential.

May we never forget those willing to sacrifice for people they never knew.
